Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sponsorship Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy for the BOSB Expo.

    • Identify potential sponsors and create customized sponsorship packages that align with the event's goals and target audience.

    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential sponsors, including corporations, organizations, and partners.

    • Set sponsorship goals and objectives in collaboration with the event management team and ensure alignment with the overall event strategy.


  2. Sponsorship Sales and Acquisition:

    • Generate leads and actively pursue new sponsorship opportunities by reaching out to potential sponsors.

    • Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective sponsors to encourage their participation and investment.

    • Negotiate and close sponsorship agreements, ensuring terms are clear, mutually beneficial, and within budget.

    • Work with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential sponsors.

 

  1. Sponsorship Activation and Fulfillment:

    • Oversee the implementation of sponsor benefits, ensuring sponsors receive all agreed-upon deliverables (e.g., booth spaces, branding, digital promotions).

    • Coordinate with other event teams (marketing, logistics, exhibitors) to ensure sponsors' needs are met during event execution.

    • Track and manage all sponsorship materials, ensuring timely delivery and proper placement during the event.

    • Act as the main point of contact for sponsors before, during, and after the event, maintaining clear and proactive communication.


  2. Sponsor Communication and Relationship Management:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to sponsors, maintaining strong and positive relationships throughout the event cycle.

    • Regularly update sponsors on event progress, key developments, and promotional opportunities.

    • Address any issues or concerns raised by sponsors promptly, ensuring their needs are addressed and that they feel valued.


  3. Sponsorship Marketing and Promotion:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sponsors and maximize their visibility before, during, and after the event.

    • Ensure sponsors are included in marketing materials such as websites, event brochures, and email campaigns.

    • Develop and implement creative ideas for sponsor activation (e.g., branded experiences, giveaways, special sessions).

    • Coordinate social media and digital marketing efforts to highlight sponsor involvement.


  4. Event Coordination and Logistics:

    • Assist with the logistical needs of sponsors at the event, including booth setups, signage placement, and technical requirements.

    • Ensure that sponsor branding is prominently displayed and that all contractual obligations are met.

    • Coordinate with the event's logistics team to ensure sponsors have access to all relevant spaces and services (e.g., VIP areas, networking events).

 

  1. Post-Event Reporting and Relationship Building:

    • Collect feedback from sponsors after the event to evaluate their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

    • Prepare post-event reports detailing sponsorship revenue, sponsor satisfaction, and ROI metrics.

    • Maintain long-term relationships with sponsors to encourage their participation in future events.


  2. Budget Management:

    • Manage the sponsorship budget and track sponsorship revenue to ensure targets are met.

    • Monitor expenditures related to sponsorship fulfillment and ensure that costs are within budget.
