Requirements
Digital Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the event team to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at driving traffic and engagement for the expo.
Align digital marketing efforts with overall event goals, emphasizing awareness, attendance, and vendor participation.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the Expo's social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, posts, and stories, to promote the event, featured businesses, speakers, and sponsors.
Engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with followers.
Email Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote event registration, special promotions, and important event updates.
Maintain and segment email lists to ensure the right messaging reaches the right audiences.
Content Creation & Copywriting:
Write compelling and persuasive copy for digital ads, website content, email newsletters, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
Work with graphic designers to create visually appealing assets for online promotions.
Advertising and Promotion:
Manage paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads) to increase event visibility and attendance.
Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze digital marketing metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
Provide weekly or monthly reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with event coordinators, the PR team, and vendors to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with event objectives.
Maintain strong communication with the expo's leadership team to update on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
