Requirements


  1. Digital Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with the event team to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at driving traffic and engagement for the expo.

    • Align digital marketing efforts with overall event goals, emphasizing awareness, attendance, and vendor participation.

  2. Social Media Management:

    • Manage and grow the Expo's social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

    • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, posts, and stories, to promote the event, featured businesses, speakers, and sponsors.

    • Engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with followers.

  3. Email Marketing Campaigns:

    • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote event registration, special promotions, and important event updates.

    • Maintain and segment email lists to ensure the right messaging reaches the right audiences.

  4. Content Creation & Copywriting:

    • Write compelling and persuasive copy for digital ads, website content, email newsletters, social media posts, and other marketing materials.

    • Work with graphic designers to create visually appealing assets for online promotions.

  5. Advertising and Promotion:

    • Manage paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads) to increase event visibility and attendance.

    • Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

  6. Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze digital marketing metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

    • Provide weekly or monthly reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.

  7. Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work closely with event coordinators, the PR team, and vendors to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with event objectives.

    • Maintain strong communication with the expo's leadership team to update on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
